I'm Jenny. An ambler and swimmer. A turner-over of rocks and a stop-to-look-arounder. I want to quietly explore landscapes, sit with them awhile and see what they reveal. Curious about people and place, my aim is to discover the ways in which the two interact.

In 2020, I was shortlisted for The Porthleven Prize, and in 2021 became the inaugural Emerging-Writer-in-Residence with The Charles Causley Trust. In both 2021 and 2022 I was longlisted for Bradt New Travel Writer of the Year, making the shortlist in 2021 and “highly commended” in 2022.
